This book and it's companion "The Discovery of Dragons: New Research Revealed" has stunning artwork. Graeme Base is known for his detailed and fascinating illustrations and he has done a spectacular job with this book. For kids who have read every dragon book out there this will be a must see title. If they can't handle the text they will still get lost in the pictures.
