I thought this book was okay, with some very humorous dialogue and one-liners by the main character.

Great story! Lots of "tongue in cheek" humor. This was the first DeMille novel I read, and it got me hooked to this author. Subsequently, I have read numerous novels by him and they are great. Read this book. You won't be disappointed.

Such an enjoyable story. One of my all time favourites.
