All these politicians from the 2 parties are handcuffed by Wall Street and wouldn't hesitate to use taxpayer money to bail out the banksters again, and again. Nor would they give a second thought about supporting the largest multinational corporations (thanks to corporate lobbying and campaign contributions), regardless of the outsourcing and union-busting at home, and exploitation and violence abroad (and more and more there is a convergence).

So it really is an astonishing feat to stand out from this bunch of paid-off corporate grifters... but Palin does her best with profound ignorance, truly something special!

Nothing new but self promote for a failed politician. Agree that it was written which meant that her ghost writer did a good job (Obama's two books were likely the only books written by the author himself.)

Readers would learn more from the mass media, including Palin's interviews on network news, like with Katie:

Fantastically written book from the perspective of the vice-presidential nominee. It was incredibly refreshing to hear her voice and her opinions about the events and circumstances that surrounded her governorship and nomination. She writes extremely well and several times I laughed out loud. I aspire to be like her and I only pray that I'll have the same, if not more impact, as she did in the little time she was given. A must have for my collection!

Whether you agree with Palin's political opinions or not, this book is well written and a great story of a strong female leader who has gone through serious scrutiny and stayed true to herself regardless.
