This book fulfills its stated objectives of identifying what brain states underlie mental states of happiness, love and wisdom and determining how the mind can be used to stimulate and strengthen positive brain states. I found the book to be clearly and practically written. Would recommend it to those readers who enjoy psychology, neurology and contemplative practice.
