Who ever has this book should bring it back to the library before I set something on fire, just pictures of this book but that should send a clear message.

I'd normally say that if you're into The Elder Scrolls franchise you'd be into this, since it's loaded with lots of nice references to older works in the series. Keyes has clearly done his homework. However, since the fanbase for this series is so inconsistent, I'll just leave it as "I really liked it."

One other thing, it could have used one more proofread, but the sequel is apparently going through much more serious editing than this one.

Really for the hardcore Elder Scrolls fan and even then it can be daunting.
