To each his own. I am a Lincoln Rhymes fan and again enjoyed the forensic hunt. I thought Deaver had a very creative subject and plot. For me it was 8 of 10.

This story is much longer than necessary, unless you enjoy listening to innocent people get tortured to death by electric shock. Shorter would have been much better without all the mayhem. 5 of 10 stars
