If you're at all interested in Edith Wharton, read this! It's excellent. On its own it's one of the best biographies I've ever read. As a recent biography of its subject that includes information that earlier such books couldn't, it's hard to imagine how it could be improved. I loved it; it's in the small number of books that when I finished it I immediately went back to the beginning and started it all over again. I'm quite sure I'll purchase a copy for myself.
