Hey, all you potential bodybuilders and exercise enthusiasts - Don't kid yourself here - For you to achieve massive muscle development, like the pumped dude on this book's cover, it's gonna take a lot more than just pumping iron to attain such results as this.

Yep. The truth is - It's gonna take some serious steroid use, as well, to become an ultimate muscle man.

But, of course, this book doesn't mention this integral aspect of weight-lifting, at all. No. Its angle on supplementing and building body mass is for any truly dedicated bodybuilder to consume whey protein in the form of concentrated power-shakes.

Now, don't get me wrong here. I certainly don't have anything against any guy wanting to achieve massive body development - But, the thing is - I found this book to be somewhat deliberately misleading when it came to informing the reader as to the true method of achieving such a "Herculean" feat as the one described above.
