This is a fantastic conclusion to one of my new favorite series! I couldn’t believe how each book just got better! I highly recommend reading it! All the secrets and betrayals revealed in this book just made it that much more interesting, and the ending is amazing and wrapped up nicely.

A great conclusion to what was a truly great YA series. I can't recommend these books highly enough to fantasy fans--it was so refreshing to read about fully realized, complicated characters of a variety of races, abilities, and sexual orientations. The worldbuilding was spectacular (and could definitely have supported more than four books), the court politics were fascinating, and the morally gray and complex characters were a joy to read about. A tiny bit of the complex characterization of the previous three volumes had to be sacrificed in this one to service the plot, but Chima had already done such a great job that it doesn't cast a pall on the series. I could easily read another four books set in this world with these characters.

Such a good conclusion to the series. The story leaves us with a great ending and characters that I have fallen in love with. The author has left me in yearning for another book. However, the ending was so good that I don't believe that another book is needed. But I want it so bad.

just an amazingly good read. much like the whole series filled with tones of elements. romance suspence action betrayal murder. I will admit the series is a little slow to start but once its going it does very well at keeping attention of the reader. some of the language used in the book is a bit hard to get use to at first but it grows on you after a while. The characters are well developed and very dynamic. Best book series I have red in a long time very well written.

Since the books are categorized as Young Adult, the reading is best suited for adolescent readers. But it's an interesting series anyway.

Why do I get the feeling that BTVS is the only person who I can trust abut this book? Thank you, BTVS, for the warning.

The last book was WOW. It was PACKED with action and I literally had to put the book down because my heart started pounding so fast I wasn't sure I could handle it haha. I seriously had like heart palpitations and thought I wasn't going to be able to finish the book that night! As soon as I got home I just devoured this last book. I mean seriously, if you need action in your books to interest you, you NEED to read this series, because it is nonstop madness, particularly in the last book. And at this point I was really invested in the characters, so while it might take you a while to warm up to them, it is worth giving this series a shot. his last book alone is worth it, let alone all the other great stuff about the previous books.
