If you liked the "What to Expect When You're Expecting" series, you'll appreciate this book. There's something for every woman no matter her age or stage of life. Personally, I stayed away from the overly 'medical' or the overly 'new-age' passages, but found plenty of other chapters that spoke to my interests.
