This one's a keeper. Need to get my own copy of it now. I had borrowed it from the library. I was expecting your average fantasy/romance story. I loved it when she slurred her words and people thought she was either drunk or stupid. At first it really irritated me that she could understand nothing of their language except the word, Marshall. I mean they're supposed to have a different language and yet the author used Marhsall for their titles and something that Alexa automatically understood but she couldn't understand anything else. If they're in an alternate universe, make up a new word. Oh, well if that's the only thing that I can fault with this book.
A nice array of minor characters were included but didn't detract from the main story. And just so I don't forget - this one is about Alexa and Bastien, the son of Reynardus.

A cute story. Great for kicking back for a light-hearted read.
