Naturally, I was recommended this book by my school librarian in my elementary years. Little did I know that it was a story that would remain with me forever. Dewey is a small cat that is left in a box outside of a library, and it is easy to say that this feisty and adorable feline was “brought up by librarians”. When I learnt that this was a real story, it warmed my heart right over. Dewey managed to become a symbol of courage, hope and miracles all in one. A high recommendation from me! For the younger audiences, as this is a modification of the adult memoir that Vicki Myron penned. Rating 5/5 - @jewelreader of the Teen Review Board of the Hamilton Public Library
